Jam to enjoy spread on bread, as a filling for croissants, to stuff cakes, and tarts. It is excellent mixed with yogurt and on ice cream. After opening store in the refrigerator.
Golden or yellow kiwifruit is considered a superfruit for its supply of vitamin C, fiber and potassium. Originally from New Zealand, it is now also grown in Italy. We prepare this jam with only pineapple, golden kiwi and brown sugar.
