The cheese creamy sauce is ready to pour directly over freshly drained pasta. Try it also on crostoni, fried eggs, or to flavor main courses. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, stir well before use.
The truffle is known since ancient times, the Greek philosopher Plutarch even believed it to be the product of the combined action of water, heat and lightning.
