The flavor of peach meets the deliciousness of cocoa and the sweetness of “amaretti” in this delicious cream. Ideal as a dessert or spread on bread, to garnish cakes, ice cream and yogurt. Excellent for garnishing baked fruits. Also available in Gluten Free version
Great as a filling for croissants, sweet crepes, pancakes or waffles. It is wonderful as a filling for chocolates, on ice cream and with yogurt. Fantastic used to fill Panettone, Pandoro and Easter doves. it is recommended to taste it paired with Cascina San Cassiano Piedmont Peaches in Syrup, thus preparing a really good quick dessert: add peach cocoa cream in the hollow of the peaches, garnish with hazelnut crumbs and a dusting of cocoa.
We prepare this cream with simple and natural ingredients, like fruits, cocoa and amaretti, naturally gluten-free!
