Marmalade prepared only with Sicily’s lemon fruits and brown sugar. It is solid and has a delicate taste, almost like a fruit dessert. To spread on bread, to garnish cakes and ice cream.
A fruit concentrate for spreading on bread, for filling croissants, cakes and tarts, for mixing with yogurt and on ice cream. It is excellent also in combination with fresh cheeses. After opening store in the refrigerator.
Lemon tree is though to be of Chinese origin, and already the Romans knew it. The proof? Some mosaics at Carthago and frescoes at Pompeii, even though somebody thinks that those are simply representations from foreign countries. We produce this preserve with lemons and brown sugar.
