Velvety organic cream sauce prepared with “Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O.” cheese. Ready to use, it is ideal to season first courses of pasta or rice, better if organic type, and to embellish vegetable casseroles. Lactose-free.
The cream is ready to pour directly onto freshly drained pasta or heat the opened jar in a bain-marie. It is recommended to stir well before use and dilute with a little pasta cooking water and heat the cream in a small pan over low heat. In risotto, add the cream in the process of creaming. Try it also on crostoni, lasagna and baked vegetables. Great with burgers and meat cooked Swiss style.
Parmigiano Reggiano is a P.D.O. hard cheese, produced with raw cow milk, semi-skinned by natural surfacing skimming, without additives or preservatives. The area of production encompasses the provinces of Parma, Reggio Aemilia, Modena, Bologna (left bank of Reno river) and Mantua (south of the Po river). We poduce this cream with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and natural ingredients.
