Cardamom is a spice known from Greeks and Romans, who used it to produce perfumes. Actually is renown for being the third most expensive spice in the world, after saffron and vanilla. It has a distinctive scent of flowers and lemon, with a hint of eucalypthus. The taste is fresh and pungent. We prepare this sauce with natural ingredients only.
