Sauce prepared with red radicchio to be used as a dressing for risottos, to accompany red meats or as base for canapés.
The sauce is excellent paired with meats or for stuffing canapés. Try it also as a pasta sauce or to make delicious risotto. We suggest mixing the sauce well before use to enhance the quality of the ingredients.
Radicchio has oriental origins, and was introduced to Europe around the fifteenth century. The term “radicchio” derives from the Latin “radìculum”, diminutive of “radicula”, in turn diminutive of “radix” – “radicis”, which means “root”. We prepare this sauce with radicchio and natural ingredients.
