Aromatic sauce prepared with meat extracts and fine Barolo wine, ideal for seasoning pasta dishes or polenta. Excellent also for filling stuffed pasta or spread on bread.

Ideal with stuffed pasta, the sauce is ready to be poured directly on freshly drained pasta. It is recommended to heat it over low heat or in the microwave after opening the jar. Try it also with polenta or to season baked potatoes.
Prepared from the reduction of roasted beef, cooked with D.O.C.G. Barolo wine, one of the most precious and noble Piedmontese red wines.
